We like to think of “Glow in the Park” as the pop track of the album because the dynamics of the sounds are very light and we chose them this way specifically. Being that this song was the first instrumental track we made for the project we knew we had to keep it interesting throughout its duration.
At first we wondered how this would be easily possible but realized that sometimes it isn’t the amount of instruments and sounds you use in a song that makes it noteworthy but rather how you choose to edit and arrange what you have. The guitars as played by Giorgio Serci is the ingredient that holds this piece together and provides the mood for this happy but at the same time sad love song styled melody.
Originally we finished this song somewhere around the 3 minutes and 15 seconds mark, but we returned to it to add the synthesized voices to extend the listening and throw a twist to the track ending to make it slightly more intriguing.
